Thanks for testing! It's definitely the same problem and it seems to be
affecting Zen1 CPUs with a stale BIOS/firmware version.

While updating the BIOS is a good idea in any case, I'm seriously
pondering to get rid of the logical destination mode on 64 bit
completely and just default to physical destination mode.

I'll send out a patch later.
