Just got a confirmation from the CRC that conformance to the EN 300 440-2
requires conformance to the EN 300 440-1 and the e.i.r.p. value in their list is
taken from the 300 440-1. Will update the patch accordingly.
Here's the relevant quote from 300 440-2:

> 4.2.1 Transmitter requirements
