Some files are both copyrighted by both HP and Mosberger-Tang:
+ * Copyright (C) 2000 Hewlett-Packard Co
+ * Copyright (C) 2000 David Mosberger-Tang <davidm@hpl.hp.com>
Files that are from the GNU EFI package seem to be just copyrighted by
HP:
+ Copyright (C) 1999 Hewlett-Packard Co.
+ Contributed by David Mosberger <davidm@hpl.hp.com>.
How would one go about to get a disclaimer for them?
