Subject: before I decide to buy a Icom PCR-1000

Message-ID: <87r7ssw8o3.fsf@jidanni.org> (raw)
Before I decide to buy a Icom PCR-1000, some questions:
We are told to back up the PCR 1000's eprom:
http://qsy.to/pcr/back.html
but there is no Linux way to do it if one doesn't have Windows?!
What would be better, a PCR 1000, or a Winradio, for PCR 1000
purposes?
