I think this is better:
select BR2_PACKAGE_LIBCURL
select BR2_PACKAGE_LIBCURL_CURL
The need to enable BR2_PACKAGE_LIBCURL_CURL to expose wcurl package in
the menu is not entirely obvious, IMO.
