No I was building with the container but weirdly I am seeing different
results on different machines:
make docker-test-mingw@fedora-win64-cross J=9 V=1
works on my desktop
make docker-test-mingw@fedora-win64-cross V=1 J=20
fails on my build box. This must be some sort of weird caching behaviour
but I was trying to track down the failures in CI:
