Yes, uclibc.mk does:
toolchain/patch-kernel.sh $(UCLIBC_DIR) $(UCLIBC_PATCH_DIR) \
uClibc-$(UCLIBC_VERSION)-\*.patch \
uClibc-$(UCLIBC_VERSION)-\*.patch.$(ARCH)
So I'll add it as a .patch.avr32 you send me a working patch.
