Hi Miguel,
Pleas pull these changes for rust timekeeping.
This PR expands the example section of `HrTimer`, adds a constructor for
`Delta` and marks `ClockSource` as unsafe to ensure only valid values
are returned by `ClockSource::ktime_get`.
