Thanks for fixing it.
I've just pushed the right one (by you) to fence:

    avoid build failure: css.h: no such file

    * fence/libfence/Makefile.am (libfence_la_CFLAGS): Fix typo:
    s/css_CFLAGS/ccs_CFLAGS/
