My laptop is constantly hanging and I see this in the /var/log/messages:
Aug 15 18:03:00 hercules wait_for_sysfs[5448]: error: unknown bus,
please report to <linux-hotplug-devel@lists.sourceforge.net> 'pcmcia'
Aug 15 18:03:00 hercules wait_for_sysfs[5450]: error: unknown bus,
please report to <linux-hotplug-devel@lists.sourceforge.net> 'pcmcia'
My system is Toshiba Portege 2000 with Gentoo Linux, output from uname -a:
Linux hercules 2.6.12-gentoo-r4 #8 SMP Fri Aug 5 18:38:48 UTC 2005
i686 Intel(R) Pentium(R) III Mobile CPU 750MHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux
Please just let me know what else you need, wasn't quite sure what
information to provide.
