Same place you'd send anything else :-)
Send it to the author/maintainer of the code/documentation/file in
question, maybe add a Cc to linux-kernel@vger.kernel.org (more review
is always good) and for trivial stuff it's often also a good idea to
Cc trivial@kernel.org, than Adrian Bunk will often queue up the patch
for later so it doesn't get lost.
