That is not possible with pm_runtime_get_if_active() in this case: it is
just a wrapper around pm_runtime_get_conditional() with ign_usage_count
set to true, and therefore, the only path that could return a value other
than -EINVAL, 0, or 1 through the return value of atomic_inc_not_zero()
cannot be reached.
