Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
Network of 64bit guest will be lost while copying small files from guest to host with scp command.

error info on host:
[root@localhost ~]# scp ly test temp* 192.168.134.37:/root/
ssh: connect to host 192.168.134.37 port 22: No route to host
lost connection

error info on guest:
[root@localhost ~]# scp ly test temp* 192.168.199.79:/root/
ssh: connect to host 192.168.199.79 port 22: No route to host
lost connection

Coping from host to guest has't this issue.
And 32bit guest hasn't this issue
