Summary: Crash of the kvm application without vt hardware
Initial Comment:
When I try use kvm without vt hardware on P4 with hyperthreading:
/mnt/nfs/perso/pc-virtuel/windows-XP-64-nfs/kvm-windows: line 28: 5295 Segmentation fault /usr/bin/kvm -drive file=/mnt/nfs/perso/pc-virtuel/windows-XP-64-nfs/hdd-c.img,if=ide,boot=on,cache=writethrough ${drive} -net nic,vlan=0,model=e1000 -net tap,ifname=tap0,script=no,downscript=no -smp ${smp} -m ${mem} -boot c -k fr -localtime -full-screen -usb -soundhw all -no-frame -alt-grab -no-kvm -no-kvm-irqchip -no-kvm-pit
Env:
kernel 2.6.27.5
