So for systemd poky-altcfg genericarm64 images my patch
"systemd: use serial-getty-generator on genericarm64"
https://lists.openembedded.org/g/openembedded-core/message/210938
should also work around this since build time SERIAL_CONSOLES is ignored
and getty started by udev to the correct serial devices.
