This looks rather messy:

Something like this would be more legible:

} else {

	drm_rect_init(dirty_rect ...);
}

Also the -1 for for the end line should be done in 
intel_fbc_dirty_rect_update() and not here. drm_rects
are always supposed to have exclusive end coordinates.
