For the past 11 years, my job at the Linux Foundation has allowed me to be able to work directly with a large number of companies to help them learn what it is to be an integral part of the community, which enables the system as a whole to be stronger and grow together. In my many years on the TAB, I have been involved in the Linux Driver statement, the GPLv3 statement, the Code of Conflict work, and the Linux Kernel Enforcement Statement. I also helped negotiate the current situation with the UEFI group, so that Linux can continue to work properly on those types of systems. If I am reelected to the TAB, I will continue to work on these types of issues, helping bridge the gap that occurs at times between the Linux community and companies that rely on Linux. For it is only by working together that Linux can continue to succeed. greg k-h
