Subject: SIOCGIFHWADDR for wireless returns ARPHRD_ETHER
Date: Fri, 22 Mar 2024 12:00:45 +0300 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <Zf1IvSo3LzmsumHr@legohost> (raw)
Hi, all.
We found that SIOCGIFHWADDR ioctl call for wireless device returns ARPHRD_ETHER
instead of ARPHRD_IEEE80211 in ifr_hwaddr.sa_family. Is this normal?
Thanks.
