Are you OK with [1]? Using ratelimited() variant as allocation can
be triggered from the data path. Example output:

vxlan: vx1: Failed to initialize dst cache for {00:00:00:0d:02:4f, 10010} -> 198.51.100.20. Tx performance might be degraded
