Because the error is

ERROR: icu-78.2-r0 do_package_qa: QA Issue: File /usr/src/debug/icu/78.2/test/cintltst/udatatst.c in package icu-src contains reference to TMPDIR [buildpaths]

we could rewrite the string to `strlen("/build""/tmp/..")`
