Yes, it's definitely similar to the question if something is copyrightable or not. The threshold could be different in a project specific policy, but that threshold is somewhat unclear anyway - and that was my point, I'm not sure if it can be made clear. It's easy to find examples that are clearly below the threshold (your adding an #include to fix the build) and examples that are clearly above it (say, a complex new device). But for a specific change somewhere in the middle of the range, it can still be quite hard to tell. Kevin
