Hi Alex!
I missed considering this.
In V12 I'm exposing cxl_reset when the device advertises CXL Reset
Memory Clear capability and sets RST_MEM_CLR_EN when initiating reset.
I added the gate to prevent exposing a non-scrubbing reset to VFIO.
