Rescinded actually.

This doesn't build.

yocto-docs/documentation/dev-manual/building.rst:116: WARNING: undefined 
label: 'dev-manual/multiconfig' [ref.ref]

You did fix it in patch 4 during the rename but it should be fixed here 
as well, so please do :)

You can use either:

:doc:`multiconfig`

or

:ref:`dev-manual/multiconfig:Building Images for Multiple Targets Using 
Multiple Configurations`

The benefit of the former is that you don't need to modify when you 
change the title in patch 4.
