          Priority: medium

dmesg

I am using the current amd-staging-4.11 tree with DC/DAL and HDMI audio is
still not working on my RX480. I have already experimented with the
amdgpu.audio parameter, but it does not change anything.

alsamixer shows 6 different SPDIF devices for "HDA ATI HDMI" and they are all
unmuted. Still HDMI audio is not working at all.

The dmesg actually looks promising, as dc_link_detect detects my AVR and quite
a few sound modes with different channel numbers.
