Monitor: Hanns-G HS241HPBEEW01
Monitor connected via HDMI only.
In 4.1 boot up progresses until display manager login at which point the
monitor loses signal - 'No Signal Input. Check Video cable'.
4.0.9 works fine.
Bisect log attached.
