The Internal Telemetry Utility functions (/lib/telemetry/telemetry_json.h) do
not JSON encode special characters when copying strings to JSON output buffers.
Defective functions are:
rte_tel_json_str(), rte_tel_json_add_array_string() and
rte_tel_json_add_obj_str().
