When I start boot into OS in text mode with BIOS Legacy mode,i=
t is very slow
display for example do type cmd: cat /proc/cpuinfo ,but I had tried add a
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=3D=E2=80=9Dvga=3Dnormal=E2=80=9D in /etc/default/grub. I=
t can be normal display

My config on the server :
 OS ver:Ubuntu 16.04.x server w/o GUI
 VGA: onboard AST2x00 w/o install expansion vga card
