Bug ID: 104319
Summary: AMDGPU/DC: Internal display corrupted when mirroring
on external monitor on HDMI
Product: DRI
Version: XOrg git
Hardware: Other
OS: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: DRM/AMDgpu
Assignee: dri-devel@lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: carlo@caione.org

Same machine as on the https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104281 but
reproduced on multiple ACER laptops.
Using the latest Linus master compiled with CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_PRE_VEGA=y we
have that sometimes the image on the internal panel gets corrupted when
mirroring on an external HDMI display (see [0]).
We have verified that this is a regression introduced by the DC code. In
attachment the journal output.
