Corrupted colors

I see corrupted colors when using obs-studio to record a video of a window. It
used to work fine a week or two ago.

HW: Radeon HD7950
Kernel: 4.14.12
Mesa: git master commit 87efa71001d9a597304a2e8d7d63aaf1fa519056
LLVM: svn r321960
