Originally submitted to the KDE Plasma bug tracker (as the Mesa crash also
crashed plasmashell, and I was asked to file the bug here.
Here is the original bug report I submitted to them.
I am running a Radeon 270X, component selection is a guess.

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Watching a Youtube video through Chromium, fullscreen.
- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Randomly (infrequent, this is the second time in a few weeks) during
full-screen Youtube playback, video stops, audio continues, screen flashes
multiple times, and after about 2-3 seconds of this behavior, video recovers
and Plasma informs me it had crashed.
The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
