With nvidia proprietary driver no problem, but with nouveau, some gnome apps
display black color items. See attachments. It happen on tested kernels
"linux-image-4.15.0-22-generic" and "linux-image-4.15.0-23-generic" on ubuntu
bionic-proposed.
