Pluging a 3rd monitor using a thunderbolt to Dual DisplayPort adapter

It works well on XRender but when I try to enable OpenGL support (either 3.1 or
2.0) it mirrors and corrupts all displays. I'm using manjaro. Here's a quick

This problem is reproducible with KWin and Gnome Shell (this later using X11
and  Wayland).
