When starting full screen OpenGL applications, only a black screen is shown.
Windowed applications are fine.

My graphics adapter:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation G96GLM [Quadro FX 770M]
(rev a1)

I've bisected the issue to this commit:
144a7999d6334be5237d5926ab19c56bc24d0204
