When compiling dpdk rpm, what switch should be turned on to compile dpdk pdump
tool?
1:rpmbuild -bp dpdk.spec
2:rpmbuild -ba dpdk.spec
3:rpm -Uvh *rpm
but the env can not use dpdk-pdump tool
