            Bug ID: 108651
Summary: Screen flickering when using compositor with OpenGL
                    backend
           Product: Mesa
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Drivers/DRI/nouveau
          Assignee: nouveau-PD4FTy7X32lNgt0PjOBp9y5qC8QIuHrW@public.gmane.org
          Reporter: yshuiv7-Re5JQEeQqe8AvxtiuMwx3w@public.gmane.org
        QA Contact: nouveau-PD4FTy7X32lNgt0PjOBp9y5qC8QIuHrW@public.gmane.org

Some users of both compton and nouveau have experienced screen flickering when
using the upgraded compton with GLX backend.

Nothing really changed in how compton uses OpenGL, so I suspect this could be a
driver bug.

For details, please go to: https://github.com/yshui/compton/issues/33
