Subject: [DPDK/ethdev Bug 1911] bnxt: tx checksum offload for MPLS packets
Date: Tue, 24 Mar 2026 22:37:40 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <bug-1911-3@http.bugs.dpdk.org/> (raw)

http://bugs.dpdk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1911

            Bug ID: 1911
Summary: bnxt: tx checksum offload for MPLS packets
           Product: DPDK
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: ethdev
          Assignee: dev@dpdk.org
          Reporter: oleksandrn@interfacemasters.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Not sure if this is a bug, or just not supported, but IP/TCP/UDP cksum is not
calculated for MPLS packets, works for normal packets, same behaviour on 57608
and 57508. Am I missing something, or is it not supported, and I have to do it
in software?
I tried with testpmd as well.
