Running DTS on XL710 40G for both DUT and TG. When single_core_forward_perf is
run alongside promisc_support test suite, promisc_support fails with the
following error:
test_case - dts - ERROR - Test case 'promisc_packets' execution FAILED:
Not all packets were received, expected 1 but 1 were missing
