Date: Tue, 21 May 2019 13:51:38 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <bug-203661-62941@https.bugzilla.kernel.org/> (raw)

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=203661

            Bug ID: 203661
Summary: Connection to bluetooth mouse lost after idle/reboot
           Product: Drivers
           Version: 2.5
    Kernel Version: 5.0.16
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux
              Tree: Mainline
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: Bluetooth
          Assignee: linux-bluetooth@vger.kernel.org
          Reporter: mnl@mnl.de
        Regression: No

After upgrading to kernel 5.0.16 (Fedora29) the connection to my bluetooth
mouse (M555b) is lost after idle or reboot. I have to reconnect the device.

In the journal, I find that the device was removed.

If I don't reconnect, bluetoothctl constantly reports "connection on",
"connection off", "connection on", connection off"...

(Though not the smae, there seem to be more problems with bluetooth in 5.0.16
https://www.reddit.com/r/Fedora/comments/bp6ddq/my_bluetooth_isnt_working_in_kernel_5016/)
