Date: Tue, 21 Jan 2020 20:15:51 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <bug-206271-208809@https.bugzilla.kernel.org/> (raw)

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206271

            Bug ID: 206271
Summary: Trackpoint stops working after updating from Kernel
                    5.4.11 to 5.4.12
           Product: Drivers
           Version: 2.5
    Kernel Version: 5.4.13
          Hardware: x86-64
                OS: Linux
              Tree: Mainline
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: USB
          Assignee: drivers_usb@kernel-bugs.kernel.org
          Reporter: goepfert.johannes@gmail.com
        Regression: No

The Trackpoint from my Lenovo X1 Tablet Gen 3 stopped working after updating to
Kernel version 5.4.12. The Trackpoint is recognized by "usbmon" (usbmon gives
an output) and also "libinput list-devices". But there is no output for "cat
/dev/input/eventX".
