I get it now. I can even find it on the website now. The title of it: usb:
renesas-xhci: remove version check and then I can find it in the log:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/log/?h=linux-5.8.y&ofs=200.
It was released in 5.8.6
