How reproducible:
100% on our ppc64le machines
Steps to Reproduce:
1. git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git
2. build and intall the kernel (I'll update the .config file later)
3. boot the kernel
