Date: Sun, 07 Mar 2021 12:28:08 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <bug-212101-208809@https.bugzilla.kernel.org/> (raw)
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=212101
Bug ID: 212101
Summary: xhci_hcd cant setup
Product: Drivers
Version: 2.5
Kernel Version: 5.8.0-44-generic #50~20.04.1-Ubuntu
Hardware: x86-64
OS: Linux
Tree: Mainline
Status: NEW
Severity: low
Priority: P1
Component: USB
Assignee: drivers_usb@kernel-bugs.kernel.org
Reporter: hose@posteo.net
Regression: No
Hi,
I plugged a USB 3.1 card into a PCIexpress slot and couldnt get resonable
speeds with it. lsusb refers to it a USB 3.0 root hub, not usb 3.1. So look
into dmesq and found an error.
As dont no nothing on driver and kernel it might be a totally misplaced ticket.
But maybe its not, so give it a try.
