I have the same issue since a new kernel 6.11 that I got in Ubuntu 24.04.2 with
latest updated. Previously there was a kernel 6.8 and no such issue.
The workaround with the service containing "rfkill block bluetooth" works for
me, thanks.
My motherboard is Asus ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming Wifi, CPU Ryzen 9700x
