Running Arch Linux 6.16.8-arch1-1 kernel with Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones.

Bluetooth hardware error 0x0c causes Sony WH-1000XM5 disconnection and
reconnect with SCO packet errors.

Intel Bluetooth controller (idVendor=8087, idProduct=0aaa) experiences hardware
failure during active connection, requiring USB reset and firmware reload.
