lspci, dmesg, Xorg.0.log from machine, delimited by --- NAME ---

My machine crashes on occasionally (more than once pr. day) when one of the
following happens.

Moving window from back to front in stack. (with large windows)
Changing tabs in paned windows (xchat, bluefish editor, firefox, netbeans,
chromium, and others)
Scrolling "fast" over multiple pages of text/data in the applications mentioned
above.

Also, firefox + flashplayer seems to bring it on almost all the time. Though it
may be unrelated (flashplayer have been known to crash before)

When I attach a gdb to the X process through an SSH session from another
machine, the SSH session stops to respond when the crash happens. It is the
entire machine not just X that does this. Also there is no signal caught by gdb
before the session freezes, so it is quite instant for the entire machine.

The machine is a Lenovo ThinkPad T400.
I have attached output of lspci, xorg.log (for the crashed session), and
