Xorg log
I've never been able to get nouveau to run with my 8400GS, using the newest
daily build of ubuntu maverick during boot from USB the slash screen looks good
in the proper resolution the loading gdm it freezes with a garbled screen with
what looks like what was saved in the video ram, my normal background all
spliced up with random screens and web pages. I was able to switch to a virtual
console and copied the log files to the USB stick. SysRq-REISUB worked.
Current Operating System: Linux ubuntu 2.6.35-22-generic #33-Ubuntu SMP Sun Sep
