Subject: [Bug 34238] New: Tiny and Big: Slow on r300g
Date: Sun, 13 Feb 2011 13:42:15 -0800 (PST) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <bug-34238-502@http.bugs.freedesktop.org/> (raw)
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34238
Summary: Tiny and Big: Slow on r300g
Product: Mesa
Version: git
Platform: Other
URL: http://www.tinyandbig.com/games/upthatmountain/
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Drivers/Gallium/r300
AssignedTo: dri-devel@lists.freedesktop.org
ReportedBy: sa@whiz.se
The game Tiny and Big is incredibly slow on r300g, almost the same as running
it with llvmpipe.
The readme for the game states that minimum requirements are Radeon 2900 series
(r600?) so it's quite possible this is a hardware limitation? But I'm filing a
bug just to be sure.
