Message-ID: <bug-40739-8800@http.bugs.freedesktop.org/> (raw)
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40739
Summary: Weird pixels on Nouveau chip Nva3 Nvidia Quadro FX
1800M
Product: xorg
Version: unspecified
Platform: Other
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Driver/nouveau
AssignedTo: nouveau-PD4FTy7X32lNgt0PjOBp9y5qC8QIuHrW@public.gmane.org
ReportedBy: gorilla.maguila-Re5JQEeQqe8AvxtiuMwx3w@public.gmane.org
QAContact: xorg-team-go0+a7rfsptAfugRpC6u6w@public.gmane.org
When using nouevau driver you can see weird pixels and extrange colour
transitions on screen (See image attachment).
I have taken some pictures with my mobile, because If I would enclose a
screenshot under nouveau you wouldn't appreciate these visuals effects.
It's not happening when using the blob.
I'm using mesa 7.11 under kernel 3.0.4 in archlinux x64, I think its been
happening every time I have used nouveau driver, If I am not mistaken since
kernel 2.6.35.
