r600_pci_ids.patch

Some PCI IDs are missing in radeon/r600_pci_ids.h. This patch includes three
IDs found in xf86-video-ati's ati_pciids.csv. The first of these is what's in
my computer, and I am using that without issues after adding the ID to libdrm
and mesa. The other two I got by comparing r600_pci_ids.h to ati_pciids.csv for
other missing IDs, only checking the product families that were already in
r600_pci_ids.h.
