This is most likely a mesa bug rather than a kernel issue. I'd suggesting
updating or downgrading your mesa packages. For mesa issues, please file a bug
here: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ (Product: Mesa, Component:
Drivers/Gallium/R600).
